As a member of the Paediatric Occupational Therapy (OT) team, you take pride in your work and are enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of young people and their families.
What the Job Involves
As part of our team, you will manage a caseload by assessing, advising, and providing equipment or adaptations to children, young people, and their families/carers, within their homes. Your responsibilities include delivering professional advice, recommending equipment/adaptations, teaching safe equipment use, and referring clients to additional services. You will actively participate in safeguarding, training programs and supervision of junior staff, maintain comprehensive records, and continuously develop your professional knowledge and skills.
