You are a dedicated and qualified social worker with a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of adults with care and support needs. You are able to work effectively as part of an integrated team, demonstrating excellent judgment and communication skills in complex or high-risk situations. You are registered with Social Work England.
What the Job Involves
Your role includes contributing to an effective Adult Social Care Service through responsibilities such as assessing individual needs, co-designing support plans, and holding a complex caseload. You will undertake work within legislative frameworks, manage risks, and collaborate with other health professionals. You also play a key role in leading safeguarding inquiries, acting as a care navigator, and ensuring adherence to financial and data protection standards. You will engage in ongoing professional development and promote inclusive practices.
