What the Job Involves

• Carry out general cleaning duties in communal areas, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, and litter picking.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in refuse areas and assist with deep cleaning using machinery when necessary.
• Report and follow up on repairs or defects in the communal areas.
• Provide coverage in the absence of colleagues and act as a point of contact for residents.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and utilize safety equipment provided.
• Operate with a friendly and professional attitude, even when dealing with challenges.
