What the Job Involves
The position involves working within the CASS / MASH Family Help Team, where you will assess, support, and deliver services to families and children. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that the necessary support is provided promptly and efficiently. This role requires you to coordinate with various stakeholders, maintain accurate records, and continually work towards helping families access appropriate resources.
