You are an organized and detail-oriented individual who excels in providing comprehensive administrative support. You thrive in a customer-focused environment and are adept at maintaining accurate records and information systems. You possess a strong commitment to confidentiality and are proactive in handling complex and urgent matters. Your familiarity with relevant procedures and legislation enables you to efficiently manage Subject Access Requests (SAR) and Freedom of Information Requests (FOI).

What the Job Involves

This role entails providing a full range of administrative support to the Corporate SAR and FOI teams. You will manage filing systems, update records in the case management system (iCasework), and generate statistical reports. Tasks include managing correspondence, maintaining the team’s SharePoint sites, and handling appointments and meetings. As the first point of contact for SAR and FOI enquiries, you will ensure accurate and confidential recording of information. Additional duties include minute-taking, drafting correspondence, and participating in service meetings while upholding the Council's Equal Opportunities policy.
