What the Job Involves

This role involves providing personal care and support for service users, improving their daily living skills, and assisting with tasks outlined in their care plans. You will liaise with other professionals to minimize risks and facilitate service users' ability to remain in their own homes. You will promote good care practices and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized, person-centered support plans. Administrative duties include maintaining accurate records, reporting changes to your Line Manager, and participating in assessments and reviews. Flexibility is essential as you adapt to the dynamic needs of the service.
