What the Job Involves
As the ERD Repairs Manager, you will play a vital role in leading the Repairs and Estates team within Enfield Repairs Direct. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading the management of housing disrepair cases, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- Overseeing inspections and risk assessments, promoting tenant health and safety.
- Managing budgets, resources, and projects while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Driving service improvements through effective performance management and innovative practices.
- Ensuring a 24/7 operational service and prompt response to emergencies.
- Engaging with tenants and stakeholders to improve service delivery and resolve complaints.
- Collaborating with council departments and external organizations for cohesive service provision.
