You possess a minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience and have successfully completed the required Social Care Wales registration and development programs. You hold an appropriate qualification such as a Masters or Degree in Social Work. What the Job Involves

As an Experienced Social Worker, your key role is to provide high-quality social work practice focused on assessment, intervention, care planning, and review. You will manage complex caseloads, collaborate with partners, and support the professional development of colleagues. Your responsibilities include safeguarding vulnerable individuals, undertaking assessments, developing care and support plans, and ensuring that all statutory duties are fulfilled.
