You're committed to frontline service delivery and capable of fulfilling statutory functions as an officer of the Local Authority. You are adept at working collaboratively with individuals, professionals, and agencies to ensure safeguarding and support for positive outcomes. You are flexible in your approach, willing to travel outside the borough if necessary, and comfortable with a hybrid working arrangement, including office attendance three days per week.
What the job involves
As a social worker in the London Borough of Sutton, you will deliver frontline services to safeguard individuals and support their achievement of positive outcomes. Your duties involve acting as an officer of the Local Authority, performing statutory roles, partnering with individuals, other professionals, and agencies to safeguard individuals, promote social change, and maximize independence. You'll provide relevant information and advice on third-sector and universal services that support positive outcomes.
