Who You Are

While previous cleaning experience is desirable, you are organized, methodical, and willing to undertake training. You enjoy working with children, are outgoing and friendly, and can manage tasks under pressure.

What the Job Involves

This part-time role involves providing a high standard of cleaning services in designated establishments within the Children and Families department. Tasks include cleaning common rooms, classrooms, dining areas, and kitchen areas as well as toilets and changing rooms. You will ensure laundry of towels is completed, maintain hygiene standards, maintain exterior areas, and empty bins. You are responsible for reporting maintenance issues and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures. Working hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am-11:30am.
