What the Job Involves

The position requires you to oversee the housing administration and management of social housing tenants. You will ensure tenants enjoy a safe and secure environment, provide tenancy management support, and encourage independence and choice. Responsibilities include discharging housing landlord duties in alignment with established council policies.

Skills

• Knowledge of introductory and secure tenancies
• Experience with tenancy management in a local authority or similar environment
• At least two years of housing management experience
• Strong ability to provide support and promote tenant independence
• Familiarity with housing administration and management procedures
