Who You Are
You are a qualified lawyer with experience in adult social care law, ready to join a dynamic local authority team in Lincolnshire. You are capable of working independently and have excellent knowledge of relevant legal frameworks.
What the job involves
This position involves providing remote legal advice and support under the Care Act 2014, handling court applications in the Court of Protection under the Mental Capacity Act 2005, advising on Mental Health Law, and dealing with adult safeguarding issues. You will manage ordinary residence disputes and represent the authority in court hearings both remotely and in-person as required.
