What the job involves

As a Family Support Worker in the Front Door Service, you will be responsible for screening and triaging referrals, assessing levels of need and risk, and coordinating appropriate support. The role involves direct communication with families, offering guidance, and signposting to relevant early help services within Plymouth. You will identify risk factors and respond appropriately, collaborating with multi-agency partners for a coordinated approach. Additionally, you will complete requests for information from partner agencies timely and professionally.
