Who You Are

We are seeking an experienced Damp & Mould Repairs Supervisor to ensure the effective delivery of remediation works across our social housing portfolio. You will oversee operatives and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality work and a safe, compliant, customer-focused service for our residents.

What the Job Involves

This role involves supervising and coordinating damp and mould inspections, as well as remediation efforts. You will manage teams across various sites, carry out inspections, identify causes of damp and mould, and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations. You'll monitor performance, work with planners and surveyors, maintain records, and handle resident inquiries with professionalism.

Skills

• Experience supervising damp and mould works (social housing preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge of damp and mould issues
• Experience managing multi-trade teams and subcontractors
• Knowledge of health & safety legislation and compliance
• Organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a busy workload under pressure
• Full UK driving licence
