Your ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion is paramount, particularly when handling sensitive information and working closely with senior leadership.
What the Job Involves
As an Executive Support Officer, you will provide modern and efficient administrative support to the Council's Senior Leadership Team, specifically supporting a number of Directors. Your role involves building strong relationships with senior officers and strategizing to maintain their organisation and efficiency. You will manage Directors' diaries, plan agendas, and ensure the follow-up of key actions. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of high-quality documentation, facilitate effective communication, and maintain administrative systems. You will also cover for the Executive Support Manager as needed and ensure adherence to the Council's procedures while engaging with a diverse range of internal and external contacts.
