Who You Are

We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead a frontline children's social work team. You should be practical, resilient, child-focused, and capable of balancing support with accountability. You will manage performance issues directly and support staff in improving tough conversations.

What the Job Involves

Your role will include day-to-day team management, ensuring quality practice and performance, and working closely with senior managers and partner agencies. You will oversee assessments, CP plans, CIN work, PLO, and court proceedings. You'll provide regular supervision to social workers and ensure children remain at the center of all decision-making.
