What the Job Involves
This role entails active management of block contract arrangements, ensuring the availability of accurate and timely information on placement and void activity for ASC Placement Officers. You will liaise with providers for invoice payments, maintain financial reconciliations, and provide budget planning forecasts. Responsibilities include setting up finance modules in Mosaic, supporting implementation of rate changes, redesign due to contract or commissioning model changes, and ensuring quality assurance on data within Mosaic. The role involves setting up providers on Council systems, being the first point of contact for provider payment queries, and leading financial reconciliation efforts. You will develop sound arrangements for year-end accrual information and ensure transactions comply with Council's authorisations and delegated limits. Additionally, you will verify data integrity for financial reporting and provide performance indicator information.
