What the Job Involves This important role within the TA placements team is responsible for supporting residents into temporary accommodation, ensuring Camden allocates suitable emergency and temporary accommodation in accordance with housing legislation and guidance. You will provide comprehensive housing advice, guidance, and support to residents, and lead on sourcing appropriate temporary housing options. The role includes facilitating the temporary allocation process, sourcing and booking accommodation placements, assessing housing needs, updating IT systems, and more. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve better housing solutions, offer advice on housing options, comply with policies, attend training, and participate in staff induction.
