Who You Are
As a Non-Residential Caretaker, you have a minimum of six months experience in a similar role. You are knowledgeable about health and safety regulations and are familiar with the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) guidelines. You are self-motivated and capable of working independently.
What the job involves
Your responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, ensuring the proper use of cleaning chemicals, and executing daily caretaking tasks. You will proactively address issues and manage duties autonomously, contributing to a well-maintained environment.
Skills
- Experience in caretaking (6 months minimum)
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Knowledge of COSHH
- Ability to work independently
