Who You Are
A Non-Residential Caretaker with at least six months of experience. You are familiar with health and safety protocols and the use of cleaning chemicals (COSHH). Being proactive and able to work independently is a plus.
What the Job Involves
Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and safety of assigned premises, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and efficiently utilizing cleaning chemicals and equipment. You will also be expected to perform basic maintenance tasks and respond to any issues or emergencies that may arise.
