What The Job Involves
This role involves managing a diverse property portfolio of temporary accommodation, ensuring units are well-maintained and health & safety compliant. You will deliver a customer-focused supportive service to homeless households, ensuring tenancy sustainment and addressing tenancy breaches. The job requires building relationships with landlords and property providers, managing void and lettings processes, organizing property viewings, ensuring accurate records in IT systems, and conducting welfare and safety inspections. Collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance service delivery is crucial.
