What the Job Involves
This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and reviewing services for vulnerable adults to enhance their independence and protect them from risk. You will work within the statutory guidance and council policies to support those in need, participating in decision-making forums and duty rotas. Responsibilities include identifying support needs, managing workloads, and ensuring effective service delivery within budget frameworks. Participating in supervision and ongoing professional development is also essential.
