What the job involves
The role involves being part of a multidisciplinary team supporting Camden communities. As a Senior Practitioner, you will manage complex casework and resources, advise and advocate for Camden residents, and collaborate with team members to develop best practices. You will ensure service improvements, engage with stakeholders, and oversee practice quality, holding a small complex caseload under supervision. This role will also involve providing mentorship and supervision to up to 6 staff members and may require working evenings and weekends.
