What the Job Involves
As a Senior Practitioner, you will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting Camden communities. Your role involves managing complex casework and advising, advocating, and championing the needs of residents. You will collaborate with team members to develop best practices and ensure a person-centered approach. In addition, you will contribute to service model development, policy and practice initiatives, and foster a culture of professional growth among staff. You will also provide consultation and advice, monitor out-of-borough practice quality, and hold a small complex caseload under supervision.
