Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong experience working with housing management and finance systems (ideally Northgate NEC).
  • Can manage large datasets, perform critical analysis, and present insights clearly.
  • Understands housing policy, rent legislation, and financial reporting.
  • Possesses excellent SQL and data reporting skills.
  • Thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Understands the importance of statutory compliance and service excellence.
  • Has experience with ITIL practices, social housing, and working towards a CCAB qualification.

What the Job Involves

The Housing Revenue Systems & Data Analyst will:

  • Manage housing finance systems and produce actionable insights.
  • Configure, maintain, and improve housing management and finance systems.
  • Act as the gatekeeper for all system changes impacting finance, rents, and housing data.
  • Lead user acceptance testing and rollout of system updates.
  • Develop and maintain complex reports on arrears, recovery, and income performance.
  • Support budget planning and rent-setting with robust forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory housing rent communications and processes.
  • Oversee rent reconciliation and transaction matching.
  • Map business processes and assess impacts of system changes.
  • Work collaboratively with ICT and third-party vendors on system enhancements.
