Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience working with housing management and finance systems (ideally Northgate NEC).
- Can manage large datasets, perform critical analysis, and present insights clearly.
- Understands housing policy, rent legislation, and financial reporting.
- Possesses excellent SQL and data reporting skills.
- Thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Understands the importance of statutory compliance and service excellence.
- Has experience with ITIL practices, social housing, and working towards a CCAB qualification.
What the Job Involves
The Housing Revenue Systems & Data Analyst will:
- Manage housing finance systems and produce actionable insights.
- Configure, maintain, and improve housing management and finance systems.
- Act as the gatekeeper for all system changes impacting finance, rents, and housing data.
- Lead user acceptance testing and rollout of system updates.
- Develop and maintain complex reports on arrears, recovery, and income performance.
- Support budget planning and rent-setting with robust forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory housing rent communications and processes.
- Oversee rent reconciliation and transaction matching.
- Map business processes and assess impacts of system changes.
- Work collaboratively with ICT and third-party vendors on system enhancements.
