What the Job Involves
As a Leasehold Services Officer, you will work within a team to deliver resident-centric services to Camden’s 9800 leaseholders. Reporting to the Leasehold Services Team Leader, your responsibilities include processing Right to Buy applications, managing sub-letting and lease extension applications, and providing a broad range of advice and support to leaseholders. You will process applications for lease extensions, represent Camden at Tribunals, and ensure compliance with legislation and Camden policies. Collaboration with various teams to ensure effective service delivery and support for leaseholders is key.
