What the Job Involves
The role involves performing a variety of complex business, financial, and administrative duties to support departmental teams, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused, and value-for-money services. This includes developing and maintaining electronic and manual information management systems, assisting with the implementation of new ways of working, ensuring financial processes are adhered to, and providing contact points for specific service inquiries. You will also be responsible for organizing meetings and events, supporting managers and teams in specific projects, drafting correspondence and communications, and providing ad hoc administrative help.
Skills
- High level of literacy and numeracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn ICT systems quickly
- Experience in business administration environment
- Minute-taking in fast-paced environments
- Working with sensitive information
- Knowledge of Impulse/Nexus and Content Manager TRIM systems (bonus)
